- A customer requests cancellation after work has begun

Non-Refundable Situations

- Change of mind after service delivery begins
- User-provided incorrect information
- Account issues caused by inaccurate credentials
- Delays caused by game server outages or updates
Chargebacks
Unauthorized payment disputes or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent restriction from future services.
